Delete your account
Boxerium is a boxing round-timer and camera form-coach app published by Ethelium. This page explains how to request deletion of your Boxerium account and its associated data.
Delete in the app
The fastest way, if you're signed in.
- Open Boxerium and go to the Settings tab.
- Tap the Account section at the top of the screen.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account and its data are removed immediately and permanently. This can't be undone.
Request deletion by email
If you've uninstalled the app or can't sign in.
Email us
Email from the address linked to your account, or include your Boxerium handle, with the subject "Boxerium account deletion request". We verify ownership, complete the deletion within 30 days, and confirm by reply once it's done.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, all of the following are permanently removed:
- Your account and sign-in credentials (email, Apple, or Google).
- Your profile: handle, country, avatar and cosmetics.
- Your workouts, round history, XP, level, coins and campaign progress.
- Your PVP fight record and ELO rating.
- Your leaderboard entries — every season, on both global and national boards.
- Your gym membership (and if you own a gym, your seat is released).
What is kept, and for how long
| Camera & pose data | Never stored or uploaded. Form-coaching runs entirely on your device, so there is nothing on our side to delete. |
| Anonymous crash & analytics logs | Not linked to your identity after deletion. Held by our provider (Google Firebase) for their standard windows, then automatically expire. |
| Advertising ID data | Held by our ads provider (ironSource / Unity). You can reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device settings, and manage ad-data via Google's My Ad Center. |
| Purchase & tax records | Held by Apple and Google, not by us, and retained by them as required by law. |
