— Google Sheets website
A website you update from a Google Sheet
Your products, prices and event dates live in a Google Sheet you already know how to use. Change a row, and the website updates itself within half an hour. No login screens, no content system to learn, and the spreadsheet stays yours.
What it does
- Products from the sheet. Names, prices, descriptions, stock and categories all come from your rows.
- Events and market dates. A tab of upcoming dates that shows on the site, with past ones hidden automatically.
- Updates itself. The site checks the sheet every half hour and rebuilds when something has changed.
- Admin pages. Private pages on your own site for the jobs a spreadsheet is not good at.
- Mistakes caught. A half-filled row stops the update, so the site keeps its last good version instead of publishing it.
- Your sheet, your data. It sits in your own Google account. Share it with staff the usual way.
Who it suits
Businesses whose website content changes often and who already run things from a spreadsheet: makers selling at markets, shops with a changing range, studios with a timetable, anyone with a price list that moves.
It is how Sherwood Pottery runs its online store. The owners edit their range and market dates in the sheet, and the store follows.
How it works
We set up the sheet
Tabs and columns laid out for your products or dates, shared with your Google account.
You edit rows
Add a product, change a price, mark something sold out, add a market date.
The site follows
Within half an hour the change is live, with photos sized and pages updated.
How much does it cost?
Spreadsheet catalogue and events
Products and dates managed from a Google Sheet, plus admin pages.
Every add-on sits on top of the base website plan — see the current plan price. No setup fee, billed month to month, all prices NZD.

Do I need to know anything technical?
No. If you can edit a spreadsheet, you can update the site. We set up the columns and explain what each one does.
How quickly do changes show?
Within half an hour. The site checks the sheet every thirty minutes and publishes anything that changed.
What happens if I make a mistake in the sheet?
A half-filled row, such as a market with no date, stops the update and the site keeps showing the last good version until the row is fixed. Blank rows are simply ignored.
Can it work with an online store?
Yes. That is how Sherwood Pottery works: the sheet holds the range, and the store sells it with real card payments.
