— Monthly report
A monthly website report in plain English
Once a month, an email that says what your website did: how many people visited, where they came from, which Google searches found you, and how many of them called, asked for a quote or booked. No dashboards to learn, and a short note on what we would change next.
What the report covers
- Visitors. How many people came, and how that compares with last month.
- Where they came from. Google search, Google Maps, social media, or typing your address in.
- Searches that found you. The actual Google searches your site appeared for, and how often people clicked.
- Calls tapped. How many people tapped your phone number on the site.
- Quotes and bookings. How many enquiry forms were sent and bookings made.
- Top pages. Which pages people read most, and which service brought the most enquiries.
- What next. One or two plain suggestions, such as a page worth adding.
Why it is worth having
Most owners have no idea whether their website brings in work. The numbers exist in Google's tools, but they are spread across several dashboards and written for analysts.
We set up the tracking when the site is built — phone taps, quote requests and bookings each counted as they happen — and turn it into one short email you can read in two minutes. None of it includes your customers' names or details.
How it works
We set up tracking
Google Analytics and Search Console, plus counts for calls, quotes and bookings.
We read the numbers
At the start of each month we pull last month's figures together.
You get one email
A short plain-English summary, with anything worth acting on at the top.
How much does it cost?
Monthly analytics report
A plain-English summary of visitors and enquiries, every month.
Every add-on sits on top of the base website plan — see the current plan price. No setup fee, billed month to month, all prices NZD.
Common questions
Do I need Google Analytics already?
No. We set up Google Analytics and Search Console for you when the site is built, in your own Google account.
Does it track my customers?
It counts visits and actions, not people. Names, phone numbers and addresses are never sent to Google.
Can I see the data myself?
Yes. The accounts are yours, so you can look at the full figures any time. The report just saves you having to.
What if a month looks bad?
The report says so, with the likely reason and what we would do about it.
