Window cleaning leads, including gutter cleaning jobs

Window cleaning posts often mention gutters in the same breath, since both get overlooked until a sale, a storm or a working bee makes them urgent. People ask for a one-off clean before an open home, a seasonal round, or gutters cleared before winter rain. We watch Facebook groups, Neighbourly, Reddit and job boards across New Zealand for these requests and email you the ones matching your suburbs and job types, with a link to the original post.

Which window cleaning jobs we send you

Jobs we watch for

  • Pre-sale window cleans. Posts wanting windows streak-free before photos or an open home.
  • Gutter clearing. Requests to clear leaves and debris from gutters, often before winter rain.
  • Two-storey or hard-to-reach windows. Jobs needing ladders or poles for upper-floor or awkward windows.
  • Regular residential rounds. People wanting a window cleaner to return every few months on an ongoing basis.
  • Conservatory and skylight cleans. Posts about glass roofs or skylights that are hard to reach from inside.

Posts we leave out

  • Solar panel cleaning. Posts specifically about cleaning solar panels, which is a different specialist job.
  • Full exterior house washing. Requests to wash the whole building exterior rather than just windows and gutters.
  • Commercial or construction site contracts. Formal tenders for large commercial buildings or new-build sites.

These are starting points. You tell us exactly what you want and what to skip.

Winning window cleaning jobs from a post

  • Ask about storeys and access. A quick question about how many storeys and whether there is safe ladder access lets you quote properly before turning up.
  • Offer to check gutters while quoting windows. Since the two jobs often come up together, mentioning you can do both in one visit can turn a small job into a bigger one.
  • Be upfront about weather-dependent timing. Gutter and window work gets rained off easily, so saying how flexible you are with rescheduling reassures a poster working to a deadline.

When window cleaning posts come up

Gutter clearing requests tend to rise through autumn as leaves fall and again before winter storms, while window cleaning posts pick up in spring and ahead of a home sale going on the market. Posts asking for both together often appear after a storm has made the need obvious. Regular rounds get requested fairly evenly through the year, without a strong seasonal pattern.

Window cleaning leads questions

Can I get leads for gutter cleaning only, without windows?

Yes. You tell us which jobs you want, such as gutters only, windows only, or both, and we only email you posts that match.

Do you cover rural towns as well as cities?

Yes. You tell us every town or suburb you cover, from large cities to smaller towns, and we watch for posts in those areas.

Will you send me every window cleaning post in New Zealand?

No. You tell us the suburbs and towns you actually work in and we only email you posts from those areas, not the whole country.

Is there a contract I need to sign?

No. It is a simple monthly subscription at $5 NZD after your two weeks free, and you can cancel in any month.

How does the free trial work?

You add a card on Stripe’s secure checkout page, but nothing is charged for the first 14 days. After that it is $5 a month. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.

Do I need an Ethelium website?

No. Lead alerts work on their own. If you have a website plan with us you can add them to it from the plan builder.

Is there an app?

No app to install. Alerts arrive by email, so they work on any phone and you reply to the post from wherever you read it.
